How do payouts work?

• Payouts take 4 business days (2 days for payment processing + 2 days for payout)
• The first payout takes 10 business days

How much does Pranapass cost?

Our goal is to offer pricing that's simple, transparent and affordable. Pranapass costs:

• $0/month with no card required
• Processing rate: 4.1% + $0.50
• 1.75% extra on overseas cards
• Studio responsible for chargebacks
• Larger plans available for larger studios (see pricing)

I'd like to use Pranapass for my Yoga Studio, how do I sign up and get started?

• Sign up, click 'Add my Studio'
• Enter Studio details, it will guide you through onboarding via stripe. Stripe can take up to 48 hours but often just takes a few minutes for them to process your onboarding.
• Once you're onboarded, enter your upcoming classes and start accepting bookings right away.
• (optionall) Add your booking widget to your website.

How do class credits work?

• If a student cancels before the cutoff (default 2 hours before class start time; configurable), they'll receive credit for the full value of the class
• Credits are automatically be applied when they book future classes at your studio

How do I add a class?

• Sign in
• Go to your studio page
• Click on 'Add class'

How do I cancel a class?

• Sign in
• Go to your studio page
• Locate the class you want to cancel
• If the class has no bookings, click the 'x'
• If the class has bookings, click 'edit' -> 'Cancel Class' -> 'Cancel class and notify students who have bookings'

How do I edit my studio information?

• Go to your studio page
• Click 'edit'
• Make edits and click 'save'

How do I edit my studio settings?

• Go to your studio page
• Click 'settings'
• Modify settings and click 'Save Settings'
